Breakfast:
One cup of plain Black/Vanilla Ceylon Tea. I am going back to drinking plain tea four days a week instead of coffee. I think the coffee may be contributing to my face breaking out and my anxiety levels. I will keep you posted.

Large sweet potato baked in oven at 425 degrees for about 1 hour or until soft in the middle. You can eat after it cools a little or you can put in the fridge and save for another time. They usually stay good for a couple of days in the fridge for easy and quick eating.
I like to top them with cinnamon, honey, black pepper and red pepper with a little bit of sea salt
They are also pretty delicious plain right outta the oven!
